The Board is pleased to announce that the change of Company name from “Sino Union Petroleum & Chemical International Limited” to “Sino Union Energy Investment Group Limited” and the adoption of the Chinese name “中聯能源投資集團有限公司” as secondary name of the Company to replace the Chinese name “中聯石油化工國際有限公司” (which was adopted for identification purpose only) have become effective on 1 September 2009.
" SUNPEC " is a public company listed on the main board of Hong Kong Stock Exchange with Stock code No. 346. Wisdom On Holdings Limited, is the substantial shareholder of "SUNPEC ", holding 0.02% of the issued share capital of the company. Golden Nova Holding Limited , is the controlling shareholder of "SUNPEC", holding 16.26% of the issued share capital of the company. Barta Holdings Limited, is the controlling shareholder of "SUNPEC", holding 0.72% of the issued share capital of the compnay. Good Progress Group Limited, is the controlling shareholder of "SUNPEC", holding 2.27% of the issued share capital of the company. Sukapeak Holdings Limited, is the controlling shareholder of "SUNPEC", holding 0.16% of the issued share capital of the company. Right Up Holdings Limited, is the controlling shareholder of "SUNPEC", holding 5.23% of the issued share capital of the company. Wisdom On Holdings Limited, Golden Nova Holdings Limited, Barta Holdings Limited, Good Progress Group Limited, Sukapeak HoldingsLimited, and Right Up Holdings Limited, are wholly owned by Dr. Hui Chi Ming.
