main business of our company is engaged in the
distribution of petrochemical products in PRC. In the meantime, we are
also actively looking for similar investment projects in China
and aboard to further expand our business. The Company has entered into a
"Letter of Intent" with the "China Liaohe Petroleum
Prospecting Authority" to set up a petrochemical Sino-foreign
joint venture enterprise in Pan Jin City (½LÀA¥«),
Liaoning Province in China.
In
order to achieve synergy, the Company is working together with
the professional organization in China to study the possibility
of exploiting petrochemical business abroad. The Company and
"China Liaohe Petroleum Authority" has entered into
a "Letter of Intent" to jointly invest and establish
petrochemical project company in the Republic of Madagascar,
a country which is situated in the south-western part of Indian
Ocean with a view to engage in the business of oil exploration,
production, oil refinery and relevant facilities. |
